» What should I expect?

Although our church has grown, we still think of ourselves as a hometown church. Expect a friendly greeting when you walk in our doors. Our contemporary praise and worship services blend modern songs with old favorites so that there's something for everyone, and each service includes prayer time. Most importantly, expect an anointed message that actually applies to your life.

» What do you have for my children?

From babies to sixth graders, our Children's Ministry provides fun, godly activities for your kids. Our nurseries care for infants through three-year-olds for the entire church service. Four-year-olds through sixth graders go to their classes after family praise and worship. Your children are sure to have a fantastic time in an exciting environment that features puppets, games, Bible lessons, skits, videos, and more, while you receive God's Word for yourself. Learn more here.

» What about teenagers?

On Wednesday nights, teenagers meet at the Lighthouse, our church's youth facility that features a game room, snack bar, and sanctuary.  Youth services are power-packed, God-centered events that bring teenagers the Word of God in a format that grabs their attention. Click here to learn more.

Sunday mornings, teenagers are involved in the main church services with their friends. Some help teach nursery and children's church, and others are involved in worship or usher teams.

» How do I join Living Word Church?

Joining our church is easy. Simply start attending and pay your tithes regularly. There's no paperwork to complete or hassles to bother you. To be included in our church directory, simply fill out a directory form, which is located in the foyer. That's it!

» How do I become active in the church?

Because we know that part of the church's purpose is to bring Jesus to others, we have plenty of opportunities for you to serve in the body of Christ. Whether you want to get involved in Children's Ministry, missions, youth, media, cooking, or any of our other areas, there's something here for you to do.

When you see or hear about something that interests you, just jump in and attend the function. There will usually be a phone number to contact for information and questions. Some areas, such as Children's Ministry, require a screening process.

» How do I meet others?

"Getting to Know You" is more than a Broadway song. It's part of what God expects His church to do; He wants us to become friends with other Christians so that we can help each other to grow in Him. With this in mind, our church features Lifegroups, small bodies of believers that teach, help, encourage, and admonish one another in the Lord. Joining a Lifegroup is the best way to become friends with other families in the church.
